Reducing Carbon Emissions
Varamis Rail’s fully electric Class 321 Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) trains operate at high speed (up to 100 mph) and replace the need for diesel-powered heavy goods vehicles (HGVs). Each train removes approximately 3,000,000 kg of CO₂e per year, helping logistics companies significantly cut their carbon footprint.
